The official app of the Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad, known as TrainTime, has been integrated into the MTA eTix app. This merging of platforms allows users to conveniently plan their railroad trips and purchase tickets all within a single app, eliminating the need to switch between different applications.

Whether you are a newcomer to the system or a regular commuter, this app aims to enhance your travel experience in the following ways:

• In-App Tickets: Responding to one of our most frequent requests, users can now securely purchase and use tickets for the Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad (East of Hudson only) within the same app used for trip planning.
